  • Grant applications must be received by the United Way by 5:00 p.m. on the deadline
  • Applications may be submitted by mail or in person to 910 North 11th Street, St. Louis, MO 63101
  • Only one application per grant topic will be accepted from each applying organization
  • Late applications will not be considered
  • Applications must be completed in the space provided. Additional pages will not be accepted.
  • Applications that are incomplete, missing attachments, or exceed four (4) pages (not counting the requested attachments) will not be reviewed

Additional Information

  • Unless otherwise specified, all grants are open to any organization that qualifies for tax-exempt status in the states of Missouri or Illinois
  • Recipients of grants will be notified within eight weeks of application
  • The award period is the 12 month period following grant notification
  • Reporting of programmatic and financial information will be required of each grant recipient
  • A volunteer review committee will consider each application
  • Although the United Way values each submission, not every applicant will receive a grant
