The purpose of United Way’s Multicultural Leadership Society is to stimulate involvement in and giving to United Way while connecting St. Louis’ growing ethnic, racial, international and diversity-minded individuals and groups.
Created in 2009, Multicultural Leadership Society creates a platform and familiarizes individuals with other key leaders in the region and prepares them for their role in serving our community. Multicultural Leadership Society also aligns with the increasing number of companies in the region who have multi-ethnic affinity groups, recognizing the added value internally and externally these groups create. Multicultural Leadership Society is an opportunity to strengthen links to and within these communities.
