The United Way of Greater St. Louis funds deserving health and human service organizations that have proven their ability to make lasting, important impact in our region. From basic social needs to specialized care, these agencies improve the lives for millions of people in the City of St. Louis and the 15 surrounding counties in Missouri and Illinois. These organizations are required to follow quality standards to ensure that they provide the most effective services with the best results. 

Funding: United Way provides a variety of funding resources, grants, development accounts and assistance programs, which provide education, emergency food and shelter and other services.

Reporting: Agencies with direct or indirect funding can complete their reporting requirements online and download program-specific forms and guidelines.

More than one million people in our bi-state community receive services that strengthen families, help the elderly, keep children healthy and safe, and build stronger neighborhoods.
