The United Way of Greater St. Louis funds deserving health and human service organizations that have proven their ability to make lasting, important impact in our region. From basic social needs to specialized care, these agencies improve the lives for millions of people in 16 counties in Missouri and Illinois. These organizations are required to follow quality standards to ensure that they provide the most effective services with the best results.   

Funding 

United Way provides a variety of funding resources, grants, development accounts and assistance programs, which provide education, emergency food and shelter and other services. Find out more, including how to apply to become a United Way member agency.
