Your pledge is building a healthier community. Almost 15,000 people improved their overall health, reduced their level of discomfort or increased their functioning or ability to cope with an illness or disability after help from a United Way agency.

Young Leaders Society

We are proud to announce the premiere of a new Leadership Giving Initiative, the Young Leaders Society. This growing group will encourage and recognize young workplace and community leaders who value the importance of philanthropy and who believe in and support the work and vision of United Way.

 Anisha  Cory

We're planning a number of exciting events exclusively for Young Leaders, from private celebrations with key St. Louis leaders to nonprofit board training, invitations to sporting and theatrical events and volunteer projects.

We're thrilled to have Anisha Morrell-Charles and Cory Boss (right) as our 2008 founding co-chairs. Click to see all the members of our dynamic cabinet.

If you're in your 40s or below and give at the Leadership level ($1,000 or more annually), or would like to find out more about what it means to become a Leadership giver, please contact Orvin Kimbrough at  kimbrougho@stl.unitedway.org or (314) 539-4249. As with all our Leadership initiatives, you can be recognized in multiple groups.

Give Today. Help Today.

Pledge to help 1 million people in the 16 counties around St. Louis.

Million Dollar Companies

The United Way funds nearly 200 health and human service agencies located throughout a 16-county area in Missouri and Illinois. More than one million people in our bi-state community receive services that strengthen families, help the elderly, keep children healthy and safe, and build stronger neighborhoods.
