Women's Initiative Next Generation 

The WINGs program allows women to start giving at the $500 level and increase to a Women’s Leadership Society member ($1,000+) in three years.

Here’s how it works:

Year 1
Pledge $500; $500 match from the Regional Business Council

Year 2
Pledge $750: $250 pledge from the Regional Business Council

Year 3
Pledge $1,000 – you’re now a Women’s Leadership Society member

Some benefits of WINGs membership include:

• Receiving invitations to select Women’s Leadership Events 
• Helping to build a stronger community 
• Networking with other WINGs members and Women’s Leadership members

To request a WINGs packet, contact Anne May at anne.may@stl.unitedway.org.

If you prefer to give at your company, you must contact the United Way to enroll in the WINGs program. Your company will still get credit for your gift.
