Women's Initiative Next Generation 

The WINGs program allows women to start giving at the $500 level and increase to a Women’s Leadership Giving Initiative member ($1,000+) in two years.

Here’s how it works:

Year 1: pledge $500; $500 match from the Regional Business Council
Year 2: pledge $750: $250 pledge from the Regional Business Council
Year 3: pledge $1,000 – you’re now a Women’s Leadership Giving Initiative member

Some benefits of WINGs membership include:

• Receiving invitations to select Women’s Leadership Events 
• Having your name listed in the Women’s Leadership Giving Initiative Recognition Book as a WINGs donor 
• Helping to build a stronger community 
• Networking with other WINGs members and Women’s Initiative members 

To request a WINGs packet, contact Anne May at maya@stl.unitedway.org. 

If you prefer to give at your company, you must contact the United Way to enroll in the WINGs program. Your company will still get credit for your gift.
