Free Tax Prep for Low-Income Households

Did you earn less than $54,000 last year? You may be eligible to receive free tax preparation.

United Way 2-1-1 is partnering with local tax coalitions – Gateway EITC Community CoalitionFriendly Community Tax CoalitionNational Association of Black Accountants, and St. Louis Tax Assistance Program – helping people with a 2016 household income of $54,000 or less prepare their taxes at dozens of locations throughout the St. Louis metro region. Last year, the partnership helped more than 20,000 people in our region receive nearly $21 million in tax refunds.
